Orders & payment
How do I pay for my order?
Online payment is not connected yet. Your order is saved and we will email you a payment link before printing.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Every shirt is printed to order, so contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually make changes before your order moves to printing.
Where is my order?
Use Track Order with your order number and email. You will see each step from confirmed to delivered, plus tracking once it ships.
Shipping & returns
How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?
We ship with USPS flat rate envelopes, up to 2 shirts per envelope, at the same price anywhere in the US. Priority Mail is $11.97 per envelope and arrives in 4–8 business days. Need it fast? Express includes rush printing (within 2 business days) and Priority Mail Express for $33.46 per envelope, arriving in 2–4 business days. Both include printing time.
Something is wrong with my shirt. What do I do?
Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. If there is a problem with your print, we will make it right.
Do you accept returns for fit?
Because each item is custom printed, please check the size before ordering. If you are unsure, send us a message and we will help you pick.
Designing your shirt
What files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, WEBP or SVG, up to 20 MB. For the sharpest print, use 300 DPI artwork with a transparent background (PNG or SVG).
Why does it say my artwork is low resolution?
The studio checks how sharp your image will be at the size you placed it. Make the artwork smaller on the shirt, or upload a larger version of the file.
How much does a custom shirt cost?
Custom tees start at $28.00. Printing on the back as well adds $5.00.
Which print method should I choose?
DTG gives vibrant, full-color prints on cotton. Screen print is bold and durable, best for designs with a few solid colors. Embroidery is stitched, best for small logos and simple shapes.
Selling your designs
How do I start selling?
Create an account, set up your storefront from the Creator Dashboard, then list a design from Sell Your Designs.
How much do I earn?
You set the price and keep the difference between your price and the base cost on every shirt sold. The base cost is $29.99 on the Free plan and $28.00 on Pro. For example, a $40 shirt earns you $10.01 on Free or $12.00 on Pro.
What does Pro include?
Pro is $4.00/month: up to 30 products (then $0.30 one-time for each extra product, added to your next bill), a lower $28.00 base cost, 3× referral points, and a custom creator page with a banner, about section, social links and featured products. Free includes up to 3 products. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.
When do I get paid?
Earnings become available once an order is delivered. You can follow your balance and payout history under Earnings & Payouts in your dashboard.
